Built to be used by everyone.
We handle compliance for organizations of every size. The site we put in front of you should work for every person on your team, however they browse.
This statement explains the standard we build to, what we have put in place, where we know we still have work to do, and how to reach us if something gets in your way. In the same spirit as the rest of this site, we would rather tell you exactly where we stand than overstate it.

WCAG 2.1, Level AA.
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the benchmark that courts, federal agencies, and most large buyers look to, and the widely accepted definition of an accessible website. It covers things like readable color contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives for images, and a clear, logical page structure.
What we have put in place.
Live on this site now.
- Text and background colors are chosen to meet AA contrast levels, so copy stays readable.
- Every link, button, and form field can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and shows a clear outline when it has focus.
- A "skip to content" link lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump past the menu to the main content.
- Pages use proper landmarks and a logical heading order, so a screen reader can move through them like an outline.
- Images carry text descriptions, and purely decorative visuals are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have labels tied to their fields.
- The site honors your device's "reduce motion" setting, and our animated homepage includes a control to pause motion.
- Donna, our website assistant, is built to work with a screen reader and by keyboard.
Honest about the gaps.
We have assessed this site against WCAG 2.1 AA ourselves and fixed what we found. We have not yet had an independent third-party audit. That is on our roadmap, and we expect to complete one as we build and launch our client portal, where accessibility matters even more.
Our homepage uses motion and video to tell our story. We provide a calm, static version for anyone who prefers reduced motion, along with a pause control. If any part of that experience is still hard to use, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.
Built to work with your tools.
This site is designed to work with current browsers and common assistive technology, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, and to stay usable when you zoom in or enlarge text. If you rely on an older browser or a tool we have not accounted for and something does not work, please tell us.
Tell us, and we will help.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information from it in a different format, email info@reclaimlogix.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We will respond promptly, help you get what you need another way, and work to fix the issue. Accessibility is ongoing work for us, and your feedback makes the site better for everyone.
